Our digital marketing team is looking for a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager, who will focus on demand generation and integrated digital ads campaigns. This role will be responsible for coordinating, supporting and executing digital marketing campaigns through various online
marketing channels to drive brand awareness and lead generation in support of corporate goals.This role will also have a primary focus in the planning, strategy, execution, maintenance and optimization of advertising campaigns.
This Digital Marketing Manager will partner closely with various internal and external cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Design, Marketing Operations, and Web Development to develop, test and
optimize campaigns. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of digital marketing across a multitude of channels including social, display, web, email, search as well as experience driving ad operations, CRM, and marketing measurement.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of existing and prospective users and what drives them to convert into leads.
Identify and size opportunities in Zscaler's advertising accounts (such as Google Ads,LinkedIn ads, Facebook ads, etc.), and develop advertising and marketing solutions that improve campaign performance and drive revenue growth.
Build reports that distill engagement, leads, and other performance data into actionable insights across the business.
Identify and implement best strategies for direct response and branding campaigns.
Minimum required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
5+ years working in digital marketing, growth marketing, user acquisition, and demand gen areas.
Lead campaign execution across channels, including ad configuration, defining target segments, asset maintenance, and creating tracking tags
Experience with audience segmentation and dynamic content
Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and testing tools
Experience with marketing automation systems and digital marketing tools
Comfortable working with numbers, KPIs, and optimizing conversion rates while thinking strategically
Localization experience is a plus
Strong interpersonal and team player skills with an ability to communicate at all levels of an organization both internally and externally
Preferred Educational Background:
- B.A./B.S. degree in marketing/business preferred or equivalent years of work experience. MBA is a plus
