The Dell Client Peripheral merchandising team is looking for key leaders to join this fast paced, changing & challenging business as a Merchandising Advisor. This role will be a highly cross-functional support role responsible for executing sales events and campaigns designed to growth Revenue and Margin.What you'll achieve The ideal candidate will have a track record of sales effectiveness, with a strong foundation of effective communications within a B2C or B2B framework. Additionally, robust attention to detail, autonomy, and problem solving of highly technical issues is critical. Previous experience in a retail, ecommerce, project management, or buying organization is preferred. We are looking for a strong team player with a positive, energetic and can-do attitude with a strong work ethic.This person is integral to ensuring Dell meets/exceeds annual unit, revenue, and margin goals and is tasked to deliver high-quality results through critical problem-solving skills in a fast-paced and fluid environment. It is important that the candidate for this role be comfortable with process improvements, have an excellent attention to detail, and can successfully interact with people at many different levels in the organization.You will: Develops, organizes, and executes key strategic sales events, seasonal campaigns, and Product launch activities for the direct consumer and small business displays, client peripheral, software, and imaging teams Leverages key relationships with marketing teams to implement campaign plans Works with all sales teams to ensure all key initiatives are communicated - Phone queues, chat teams, and online. Assists in the development and champions assortment vision and strategy, product roadmap and launches in support of corporate goals and objectives Uses customer & market research, customer and user feedback, customer usage/segmentation and competitive analysis to inform decisions Serve as chief liaison between Marketing and Merchandising Collaborates with cross-functional team to develop, plan and implement new product launches and sales events Applies a thoughtful combination of marketing levers (price, positioning, and promotion) to drive sell through Monitors campaign performance to identify wins and lessons learned in order to improve future plans Take the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.
