The HR Generalist will assist the Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) Team and the Mgr. Compensation & Benefits with day to day tasks. The length of assignment is approximately 16 weeks with an end date of 8/13/2021.
HR and Recruiting Support: 50%
Partners with HRBPs to help ensure high quality and consistent HR services are delivered to employees and management for customer groups through support of administrative and tactical processes in the areas of: Employee Relations, Talent Development, Performance Management, Employee Training & Development, Succession Planning, Talent Acquisition and Retention, Compensation & Benefits and Recruiting.
Partner with Recruiting Coordinator to schedule of interviews, follow-up on recruitment forms, and general recruiting questions.
Partner with Employee Engagement Coordinator to execute employee engagement and recognition events onsite or virtually.
Provide regular updates and escalate issues to Manager, HR Operations as needed.
Compensation & Benefits: 50%
Partners with Compensation and Benefits Managers to help ensure job descriptions compliance with company policy and federal regulations.
Provide assistance with any Compensation or Benefits projects.
Assistance with benefits vendor invoices and process benefit changes in ADP
Partner with Leave Administrator to assist with leave management program.
Provide regular updates and escalate issues to Comp & Ben Mgr.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualified Experience / Skills / Training:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum four (4) years' Human Resources experience
Knowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities:
Basic knowledge of HR functions within an organization
Communication Skills (Spoken, Written, Influencing, Proficiency in Other Languages):
Requires the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in written form
Technical Systems Proficiency:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred
