In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding and managing key Federal System Integrator (SI) and Consulting Partners in North America. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to bring their experience, expertise, and passion for building a business in one of the fastest growing parts of Everbridges overall business. You will have the opportunity to build the public sector business at Everbridge and scale it to one of the biggest growth engines for Everbridge in North America.

What you'll do;
Own and grow the indirect business through Federal System Integration (SI) and Consulting Partners Successfully recruit and onboard Federal SI Partners for rapid time to value Provide ongoing enablement and training of Partner sales and technical staff to ensure they can represent Everbridge effectively to their government customers Ability to navigate and engage with SIs and govt agencies in a complex sales environment Present and demonstrate Everbridges solutions and value propositions to Partner sales teams Co-sell with Federal SI Partners to the agencies they service Collaborate between Everbridges Govt sales teams and SIs to drive new opportunities Collaborate with Everbridge marketing teams to create go-to-market programs and campaigns with Partners that drive incremental business for the Partner and Everbridge Ability to construct and sell complex deals at the C level of Partners and Govt agencies Proactively communicate new product capabilities and programs with your partners Drive regular internal awareness, education, and mindshare with Everbridge Govt sales teams Execute semi-annual or quarterly business reviews to ensure business alignment with key Partners Consistently meet or exceed revenue objectives and monthly key performance indicators. Demonstrate a whatever-it-takes attitude to ensure that SI Partners are knowledgeable, driven and successful at delivering our solutions to their customers and prospects You will have quota-carrying responsibilities.
What you'll bring;
BS or BA in a relevant field. Minimum of 5+ years of dedicated, successful Federal SI sales experience. Proven experience and track record with Federal SIs such as BAH, Lockheed, General Dynamics, Northrup Grumman, CACI, Accenture, BAE, etc. A network of existing SIs in the Federal markets Success selling SaaS solutions through SIs Consistently and effectively use CRM (Salesforce.com) to track revenue growth and partner development activities Verifiable history of meeting and exceeding indirect sales quotas Demonstrable skills in promoting and maintaining partner success and satisfaction.
