Strata Health Group powered by Adroit offers a fun, fast-paced, team-oriented work environment with a competitive compensation and benefits package.The Customer Service Representative is responsible for interacting with our customers via telephone, email and voicemail to answer questions, make plan changes where appropriate and resolve concerns. The CSR is responsible for providing timely, accurate and courteous assistance to customers and internal service teams. The job requires exceptional customer service skills, analytical thinking, the ability to learn and reference product and policy information that is subject to change and a willingness to provide exceptional work quality while following all policies and procedures of the company. Prior customer service experience is required.The ideal candidate will have:Previous experience in customer service, sales, billing or collectionsAbility to prioritize and multitaskPositive and professional demeanorAbility to build rapport with clientsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBasic proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsTyping/keyboard skills of at least 30 WPMExcellent analytical and problem-solving ability, attention to detailStrong organizational skills and deadline drivenMust be a motivated self-starter with a proactive personality who is able to work independently or with a teamPrimary Responsibilities:Handle telephone, email and voicemail inquiries regarding all areas of customer's products or servicesProvide information and transfer calls to external partners that service our customersInitiate investigations and/or escalate issues on behalf of members to resolve concernsDocument and update member recordsDevelop and maintain a knowledge base of the product portfolio; completing additional training where neededAdhere to all required policies and mandatesWork effectively with various AHG internal departmentsHave flexibility with work schedule assignmentsSpecial projects as assignedQualifications:2+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of Customer Service education and experience requiredHigh School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience requiredDemonstrated keyboarding skills and ability to type during call transactions
