As a Contract Center Representative, you will have the unique opportunity to be there when our customers need us the most.

Our Contact Center Representatives are the heart of our contact center, providing customers with information about investment options, loan balances/provisions, account status, etc. as well as handling requests for fund transfers and exchanges, roll-overs, loans, etc. and processing transactions.

This position could require working a later shift. There would be a shift differential if assigned to this shift. Shift bids occur every 6 months.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associates degree or four years of call center or financial services experience preferred
  • Prior experience working in a high-volume call center environment preferred
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated math, accounting, and analytical skills
  • Possess a desire to work in a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented, organized, a self-starter and handle multiple tasks
  • Must be able to work scheduled hours (between the hours of 8:00 AM through 10:00 PM), later shifts and additional hours as required

Salary Band: 2A

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the majority of OneAmerica associates are currently working remotely in accordance with our safety protocols. The selected candidate will be expected to temporarily work remotely for an unspecified period of time as determined in OneAmerica's sole discretion. When normal business operations resume, the selected candidate will be expected to physically return to work in the office.
