The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
- 2-5 years' sales experience in selling CNC Machining, Sheet Metal, Injection Molding, Cast Urethane, and 3D Printing projects.
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Base Salary: Your annual base salary will be Twenty-Six Thousand Dollars ($26,000), to be paid in accordance with the Companys normal payroll practice on a monthly basis, less income tax, FICA, and other payroll deductions. Payroll is currently run every two weeks for a total of 26 times throughout the year. Your base salary will be reviewed and subject to increase at least once per year, dependent on individual and Company performance.
Commission/Variable Compensation: You will be eligible to start earning commissions immediately, which will be based upon the gross profit of all projects assigned to you as the Sales Manager. Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis and will be calculated at 20% of gross profit. Commissions are earned after projects have been completed and invoiced. Commission reports detailing project numbers and totals will be provided on a monthly basis. You must be employed by the Company at the time commissions are paid in order to be eligible to receive any payment. Estimated commission earnings of $80,000.00 per year with the performance of $1Million in revenue at 20% gross profit. Commissions are not capped or limited in any manner.
