We are searching for an Account Executive to be responsible for end-to-end sales of our IT recruiting services. This includes prospecting, identifying potential clients, building an account plan, talking to business leaders, and closing the sale. This role is critical to the success of our business and you will work directly with our CEO. We need someone who excels at getting that first call / meeting and then can convert that first call / meeting into a signed contract. If cold-calling or cold-emailing is not for you this probably is not the right role. This role also includes the creative development and execution of sourcing strategies and recruiting plans for our clients.

A day in the life

Strategize about sales and develop new client relationships.

Network and build strong relationships with prospective clients by providing strategic guidance and advice.

Collaborate with client hiring managers and the recruitment team to understand and strategizefulfillment.

Conduct intake meetings with client managers to set expectations and maintain communications throughout the recruiting process.

What you bring to the table

2-5+ years of B2B outside sales experience (3-9 month sales cycle) achieving sales quotas, social selling, and relationship building with top level technology leaders.

2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience is a plus but not a necessity.

Proven ability to close new business from strategy to lead identification to initial contact to contract signing.

A sales personality:a strong relationship builder, goal oriented, optimistic, receptive to feedback, high intensity, high independence, and comfortable making cold calls / cold emails

Experience working with SaaS based software, including those for applicant tracking (ATS), customer relationship management (CRM), and Project Management. We use Zoho One.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Able to think on your feet and resourcefully solve problems.

Strong organizational and prioritizing skills.

Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and tech savvy.

Bachelor's Degree preferred; preferably in Business or Technology.
