Job Description

In this role you will sets the direction and establishes the approach of an enterprise grade sustainable solutions. As an enterprise architect you will work to integrate the organization's strategy and applications.

You should be someone with a detail-oriented enterprise architect to assist in the solutions. The enterprise architect's responsibilities include improving the current applications, optimize IT infrastructure and business operations, and setting the direction and approach for integrating information applications and programs. You are also responsible for cataloging, developing, coordinating, communicating, maintaining, and enforcing overall enterprise architecture models, representations, initiatives, capabilities, and components to adequately perform the organization's business and technology activities.

To be successful as an enterprise architect, you should have excellent technical, analytical, and project management skills. You should also have strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

You should be someone with Technical Project Management experience - Agile/Scrum background is a must

You will collaborate with the product teams to deliver the best product with most efficient use of resources and technologies. You will work with all the stakeholders to assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of projects by meeting project milestones. You will also assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make tradeoffs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints and encourage risk taking behavior to maximize business benefit. Successful candidates will have a technical background, be detail driven and have excellent problem solving abilities. You should not only be passionate about delivering extensible, on-time solutions, but should also be obsessed with contributing to the development of high-performance teams through rigorous goal-setting, disciplined attention to performance metrics, continuous process improvement, and mentorship.

The team will work on diverse technology stack from Mobile, Cloud and User Experience design.


  • Evaluating business functions, business development strategies, and IT processes and suggesting improvements.
  • Creating architecture models to reflect the organization's strategies and goals and creating and implementing business visions and goals.
  • Strong technology experience that includes web/mobile/cloud technologies (Java/.Net/OpenSources), databases, network and mobile platforms
  • Evaluating systems engineering, talent recruiting, and accounting models for discrepancies and vulnerabilities.
  • Suggesting ideas to reduce costs in IT and business leadership.
  • Organizing training to improve teams knowledge and skills for future organizational growth.
  • Providing business architecture and systems processing guidance.
  • Ensuring the efficiency, security, and support of the organization's goals.
  • Creating methods for compliance architecture, such as data storage, metadata management, and change control.
  • Determining and implementing build versus buy strategies, mentor personnel, and views of the overall business strategy.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution
  • 16+ years of strong experience in systems architecture, technology solutions, excellent analytical, and project management skills.
  • Experience in modelling and graphic representations.
  • Proven track record of leading global teams to meet project objectives and timeline with quality
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically when implementing products and solving problems.
  • *Technically savvy and able to ramp up on new mobile technologies quickly.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical individuals.
